Refund policy

We hope you are happy with your order, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may exchange or return for a full refund within 14 day of purchase. Items must be delivered to us in the condition in which they were received, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with original tags attached.

Per state laws, swimwear, perishable goods, and beauty items are not returnable or exchangable.

How to Start a Return

You will need to include the order confirmation as a proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We will process the refund as a store credit immediately upon receiving the returned item(s) and will email you to confirm receipt and refund.

If you are in the neighborhood, feel free to pop in to the shop to either exchange your item(s) or return the item for a store credit within 14 days of the date you received the item(s).

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like swimwear, underwear, perishable goods, beauty items, custom orders, sale items, or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
